The historic production database contained 238 completed and 2 failed AI jobs (99.2% completed among completed + failed), plus 141 completed and 12 failed KNX jobs (92.2%). Five cancelled KNX jobs are reported separately and excluded from the denominator. These figures span multiple software versions and historic infrastructure incidents; they are neither an uptime SLA nor a guarantee.

Method: a read-only PostgreSQL transaction grouped terminal job rows and generic status categories. Cancelled jobs were kept separate. No customer, project, filename, address, prompt, or output content was selected or published. Retries can create multiple jobs for one project, so these are job-level—not project-level—outcomes.
